It would be nice if a friendlier installer was used. 
I'm not going to go so far as to suggest that platform
specific installers be made (for instance using NSIS
http://nsis.sf.net, but that'd be nice to).

At the least it'd be nice if the .class file was gotten
rid of in place of a .jar.  At least this is something
people would be familiar with, and it has the added
benefit of there being mechanisms setup on most systems
to make double clicking a .jar be the same as java -jar
jar'ing it.
