News has not been updated in about a year even with the
layout modification that has been done. Two or three
words should be written about how Jython has now
recieved a commercial intrest willing to develop and
support for sake of marketing...

I'd rather have the news be pretty much only releases.
That's the only thing I really care about as a user of a
library. It's unfortunate that there are tumbleweeds
blowing through there now, but 2.2 beta 1 is getting close!
I can feel it!

What about adding links to mailing lists? Old site had them
and I think that's something regular users need.

I've added a link to the mailing lists in the nav bar. The
news will be updated when we make a release.
