Sourceforge has changed they way they do svn and now the host in the svn url is jython.svn.sourceforge.net instead of svn.sourceforge.net. The jython web site still had the old one. I also added a link to the jython patcher at sf as the existing website made it seem like you should submit a patch to the python patch tracker.

Thanks! I've accepted the patch and applied it to svn. I don't have time to do an upload now, but the next upload will correct the website.
