I'd like to add the news item like you suggested since Josh's newsletters are nice, but I feel disingenuous putting up a news item that doesn't mention a release and when it's going to happen. After 5 years without one, it's an elephant in the room. We're only waiting on Frank's slots work and your replaceable instance dicts so it's really close now.
