Hi Martin. I have fixed the publication bug my test demonstrates, so perhaps your problem. I'm up to 700 repeats of 100 threads without it failing. Previously it would fail after a few tens of repeats. The exception technique almost does it (there's another twist). I'll tidy up and push it this weekend.
