Every time Jython runs, it leaves jansi-.dll file to %TMP% directory on Windows. These files are only ~20kB, but they nevertheless unnecessarily fill up %TMP%. Apparently these jansi-.dll files are created by jline. I didn't notice any jansi files created to /tmp on Linux. See also issue #2269 about jffi.*tmp files also left to %TMP% on Windows.
